La oferta se enmarca dentro del proyecto \u201cEvaluaci\u00f3n cuantitativa de riesgo de enfermar debido al consumo de vegetales en Argentina\u201d en el que se determinar\u00e1 la calidad microbiol\u00f3gica de hortalizas de hojas (lechuga y r\u00facula) frescas mediante t\u00e9cnicas microbiol\u00f3gicas tradicionales y de biolog\u00eda molecular.
